Healing Her exists because I believe women deserve to experience their lives before all their dreams arrive.
We shouldn't have to wait for the right relationship to laugh until we can't breathe, wait for motherhood to feel whole, wait for the promotion to feel proud, or wait until everything is figured out before we allow ourselves to feel alive. We wanted to create spaces where women can pause, think about themselves, hear their own voice again, dream, play, rest, connect and experience the ordinary joy of being alive — right here, in the middle of the unfinished life.
And we didn't want that to be something you experienced alone.
Healing Her is a warm space for women to come as they are, surrounded by other women who are also figuring it out. Through the book, community, conversations, challenges, workshops and retreats, we create opportunities to remember that life isn't something waiting for us on the other side of our dreams. This is the life. And while we are becoming the women we want to be, we deserve to laugh, love, dream, connect, be held and feel deeply alive along the way.

Sometimes we don't realise we're abandoning ourselves. It can look like being the woman who keeps giving, keeps adjusting, keeps forgiving, keeps choosing everyone else, or keeps chasing the life she thought she was supposed to want. It can look like staying quiet to keep the peace, losing yourself in love, making someone else's dreams your responsibility, or postponing your own life until everything finally falls into place.
My work is to help women notice where they have left themselves behind, understand why and find their way back. I take women on a journey of learning to know what is theirs, carry what is theirs, release what is not theirs, and build capacity for what cannot be carried alone. From there, we begin to build differently — accepting the life we have while creating the life we desire. Learning to love without losing ourselves. Dream without desperation. Give without disappearing. And experience joy before everything is figured out.
I do this through stories, community, conversations, events and experiences that give women space to pause, hear their own voice, connect with other women and actually experience life while they are becoming.
